Dear George:

Having just been in attendance at your Introductory Training Seminar on the 17th and 18th of this month, I wanted to drop you a quick note with my "review". Prior to June of this year I had been unfamiliar with ConEst. Programs that I had used in the past include the old Master Estimating System (no longer on the market), Estimation and McCormick.

Having had some experience in using computer based estimating systems, I was able to pick up ConEst quite easily on my own. I would say that recently having used it for a $14 million bid is a pretty good testament to that fact. In any event, I had gone into the training with some concern regarding how much I would really be able to learn from an introductory course. I had, in fact, e-mailed such reservations to Don Hibbert, your Training Director, prior to my attendance. The course program and material, however, pleasantly surprised me. Don proved to be an excellent instructor, bringing to the table not only and exemplary knowledge of the system, but a truly "comfortable" manner in which to put that knowledge across.

Unlike so many other seminars that I've attended over the years, I found this one to be downright enjoyable rather than just the same old, same old. To add to this positive experience, I was able to glean a healthy amount of information regarding the use and applications of the system. I'm confident that all my future efforts with ConEst will now be greatly simplified and more accurate. In closing, I wish to thank not only ConEst for the opportunity to attend this training, but Don for making it worthwhile.
