        I would like to thank you and your company for the recent class I went to on my new estimating system. As you know, I was on the old DOS version of ConEst, and when my computer finally died, I was reluctant to change to the new system. As I had told you, I was extremely illiterate on the use of Windows and did not think I could ever get going with the new system. However, thanks to you and your support on which system and computer I should purchase, I can now say that I should have changed a long time ago. I really did not even start to use the system until I went to your two-day class in December. After taking the class, I have never looked back. It has been only one month since I took the class, and I have not experience any difficulty in using this program. It seems that every time I turn on my computer I find another way to make my estimates easier.

        I highly recommend the ConEst software package for anyone who is considering changing their estimating system or just getting started for the following reasons:

1) Excellent Sales Division
2) Great Technical Support
3) Incredible training class
4) Extremely user friendly
5) Can be used by very large or small contractors
6) Very time saving - cuts estimating time by 60 to 70%

        Please thank Don for me, as his training class was very good. It was not a large class, which I really appreciated, and it moved along quite smoothly.

        In closing, I cannot thank you enough or emphasize what your system has meant to me and my company. It is truly a package that meets all the needs of every size company. I will certainly recommend your excellent program to the members in my association.
